Please join Cynthia Powers-Broccoli for this Yoga for Fertility Class that is designed for women or couples who are trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproductive technology. Yoga for Fertility uses specific yoga practices to help stimulate and tone the reproductive system. Yoga also enhances the flow of energy and circulation through the body. Yoga helps regulate the body’s hormone levels by improving endocrine (glandular) function. Another incredible benefit of yoga is that it helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Participants will be led through a relaxing sequence of breathing, gentle stretching, and meditation that will help encourage successful conception. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
