SYRACUSE: We are located off of East Brighton Ave on Intrepid Lane in Syracuse, NY. After turning onto Intrepid, drive straight to the back. You will see signs pointing you in the direction of 191. We are located in the backside of the building.
We have a parking lot and you can enter through the wooden doors.

During a full-body massage, your massage therapist will focus on all areas of the body that are not covered by clothing or the sheets. When you enter your room, you will discuss areas of concern with your practitioner. The practitioner will then leave the room letting you get settled under the sheets in privacy.
During a facial treatment, we recommend removing your top to ensure none of the product gets onto it. You will be covered by a sheet. Some of the facials also include a hand/arm/neck massage.
During an acupuncture treatment, your practitioner will let you know what to wear based on your area of concern.

5-10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you enough time to check in, use the rest room and relax before you begin.

No. We have a relaxing waiting room for you to enjoy prior to and after your treatment to unwind in.
Our aqua terrace, saunas, and locker rooms will not be re-opening.
